Terms of Use for N8N Personal Assistant

These terms apply only to the private N8N Personal Assistant operated by its account owner. There is no public sign-up. The assistant is currently being rebuilt and its email workflows are paused.

Authorized use

The owner may connect Gmail accounts they own or are authorized to manage. The assistant is for classifying, summarizing, reviewing, and organizing those messages according to the owner's instructions. It does not compose, send, or reply to email.

Automated decisions and actions

Automated classifications and summaries may be wrong or incomplete. Uncertain messages should be preserved for review. The owner controls preferences and actions. Messages placed in the AI/Quarantine-90d label are intended to remain recoverable for 90 days before the retention workflow permanently deletes them. The permanent-purge workflow will not be enabled until it has passed a dry run.

Account access

The owner is responsible for granting and revoking Google OAuth access and controlling Telegram users permitted to operate the assistant. Email content is processed as described in the Privacy Notice. Google and Telegram services remain subject to their own terms.

Availability and changes

This is an owner-operated personal tool provided without a public availability commitment. Its workflows may be paused for maintenance or changed to improve reliability and safety. Changes to data handling will be reflected in the Privacy Notice.
